1. Analog recording is $40/hour
2. Digital recording is $40/hour
3. Payment for each session is expected at the end of each day's session. However, arrangements can be made, if necessary.
4. We accept cash, check and credit cards via Paypal.
5. Reels for analog recording cost $80 per reel. Each reel has a run time of approximately 30 minutes of material.
6. Hard drives cost $100. Only one hard drive would be needed. This price also incudeds properly formatting and setting up the hard drive for your digital recording session.
7. Hard drive cost will not be incurred if the band records less than 3 songs because the data files for 3 songs or less can be stored on a CD-R instead. Cost for the CD-R's and time to copy files will be incurred. This cost is typically $35 ( 1 hour for time and $1 per disc), but can vary slightly dependent on the time it takes to copy the files to disk.
8. There is no charge for CD-R's for rough mixes and final mixes.
9. Any session booking over 10 hours of studio time requires a $100 security deposit. The security deposit must be supplied one week prior to the first session. The security deposit is applied to the purchase of the reels/hard drive for the sessions.
10. Any session cancellations must be done at least one week in advance for weekend sessions and 24 hours in advance for weekday sessions. If cancellations are not done within this time, payment for the session time booked will be incurred. However, this time can be rescheduled if chosen. Any and all "no-show's" will incur charge for scheduled time irrelevant of rescheduling.
11. Final mixes, reels, and hard drives will not be released until payment in full is received.
